Picking up where "Grime Synthesis" left off, "Colder" continues unearthing a world of subterranean bass figures and dark, disjointed breaks. Eerie synths partially illuminate the journey as listeners are drawn helplessly toward the tootsie roll center of Ghostband's mind. All songs were patiently sequenced, then performed and recorded in real time. Hardware only. These performances capture the heat of the moment, yet come off sounding ice cold.
